I have an amazing true story to tell. I was referred to your service by a producer you wrote a screenplay for. I would be willing to share credit on the book for a reduction in the price. This story deals with some high level officials, people in the movie industry and some major sports figures. My budget is only $7,500.00 and I would like to break that up into payments.
Thank you in advance.
Feedback Comments
"This was all new to me. I was referred to Joe by a close friend and I'm so glad that I was. Working with him has been a dream come true especially with some very sensitive info we have discussed. We've already got a publisher who wants to publish the book. Thank you so much for all your hard work and time Joe. I would recommend his services with no hesitation at all. After reading the finished book my producer friend is not talking about having a screenplay written so it looks like I'll still be working with you on another project.- Mike Bishop

Would love help writing an amazing screen play about the final few days before the Dec. of Independence was written. So much more than we may have learned or perceived was going on during that time and to think that these people did more for us, by creating something new.

Client: tieman55 (3 other reviews completed) May 30, 2014|$7,500|Creative Writing|Completed| Job Details Biblical Based / books / screen plays a collaboration
I am a Christian, I believe in open theism. Very very few, novels / screen plays are ever written based on a open theistic world view.
I am an expert on open theism and I believe that novels and or movies would be blockbuster hits if they were written as an open theist would interpret histo...rical events ............ and the best stories ever told are in the Bible.
There are so many good stories in the Bible , they just need to be told in the correct way , which is through the Prism of open theism.
This would be a collaborative endeavor.
I will be the editor and to a lessor extent the director of events. I would use
the criteria below as my guide to editing.
1. The major events in the historical writings must be fairly accurate.
2. Stay away from any form of Christian heresy.
3. The story must be believable.
I will ensure that the work is a true and believable history of what did happen. And you are to make it a relate-able, adventurous and at times humorous.
Just off the top of my head, I have three Biblical Stories, that everyone knows, but that have never ever really been told and that would be blockbuster hits. One of the stories, that I would want to start out on, really sticks out because it would fit right into a vacant spot of a popular authors series of works, so that is where we would start.
I am not a writer, When I write, it tends to jump around too much and then I forget where I am at and I have to read the whole
chapter again to find my place , it is exhausting and I just can't do it.
So, I need a partner, I would pay an upfront fee to write the first book and or screenplay and you would retain 50 percent of the royalties.
I will leave you with an example of where this will take us ................... the blockbuster movie Bruce Almighty, while not a Biblical story, it is told with a close to acceptable open theistic world view and that is why it was so very popular. Take the same world view, that was present in that movie and put it into a real historical Biblical event and you have a got a big big hit!

Client: tigerfire57 Apr 6, 2014|$2,500|Ghost Writing|Completed| Job Details Looking for funny writers to format and finish a treatment and pilot episode for a sitcom based in the retail/fashion industry, set in Las Vegas. It's intended to be single camera doc/mock with some characters occasionally talking to the camera when they have a wisecrack to make. Intended for Network Broadcast.
I feel that it is the most promis...ing work I have at this time. I would like to see a fairly well polished treatment, and a pilot episode. My synopsis has a lot of very vivid character descriptions, and a lot of potential comedic situations to build upon. My synopsis is just over 3,200 words, and this is due in part to the extensive amount of potential "situations". I also have photos of what I think that the characters and settings should/could look like (in my mind), to help me communicate my vision.
The pilot episode should contain witty dialogue, and I am looking for a writer that does indeed have TV sitcom or other comedy writing experience.
It is my hope that the perfect writer will submit me a fine bid for this sitcom concept (please submit job bids rather than hourly bids), and it is my hope that the writer will find inspiration in my own writings so that together we may find success in this collaboration.
I did receive a number of good bids when I first posted, but I think that I may not have been specific enough in what I originally posted. So if you previously bid, please do try again with a clearer understanding of my more specific parameters. I need help adapting my book into a screenplay. I'm a writer, but not a screenwriter, so I need someone with extensive formatting experience. I'm looking for a Christian who can relate to the challenges of 50-something mid-life romance and starting over. I believe this background is pertinent to the manuscript quality and a working relationship. ...The story is not a simplistic chick flick, but deeply addresses the issues and desires that Boomers face in finding love again. I already have a strong, solid contact in the movie production industry who will personally shop this for me once it is written. Secondarily, I am also seeking advice and wisdom on how to proceed with this project. I would graciously appreciate any suggestions.
Feedback Comments:
“Joe's work was exemplary, but my biggest praise is for his "extra mile" mentality. I appreciated his willingness to roll with my schedule and go far beyond what he was contracted to do. He mentored me in an area of writing where I had no experience while respecting creative guidelines and talent. He answered every question at length, challenged me to think outside the box, was tremendously encouraging, and helped me finish a project that represents and highlights my best writing to date. ” — JeanneAZ

Hey Joe, I wrote a screenplay that I need revamped/revised by a screenwriter who is better than me, and knows what a good screenplay feels like, and looks like. The script is presently at 99 pages. If you have the time, and interest please let me know the cost and procedure. My goal is to market the script once I am confident that it is at marketable stage. I don't have a huge budget, but I will make the sacrifice if it is not too far above my head.
Let me know.

Dear Joe Vetromile I am very impressed with your body of work. I have written a Drama Screenplay that is approximately 94 pages (Font size 11). I do own the copyright and it is registered with the West Coast Writers Guild. I do not consider myself a writer in any way shape or form, however I do possess a vivid imagination. So on my long commute t...o work I would think about ideas for a story, take notes and then incorporate it into my script. The difficulty that I am having is making the characters come to life and deliver the proper message to reader. I am hoping you can assist me with giving the script life as I envision it. I have also considered turning the story into a book and I am open any thoughts you may have and will give you the proper credit with the completed project.
The screenplay jumps from present day, 1980's and the early 1860's during the Civil War. The screenplay flashes back and forth similar to a Quentin Tarantino movie or the movie "Crash". I would love to send you a copy of a generic outline to see if this is something you would consider working on. If so I would gladly send you a copy of the screenplay.
Thanks for your time and consideration,
John Makropoulos

Hello I am looking for somebody to help me write a book on a true life story that took place with me some years ago. It revolves around a business deal that went wrong in China and i almost lost my life. I have written down everything that happened to me leading up to the event , before and after the event , to when my story was rejected... by the Australian Federal Police . I believe it has legs to turn it into something really special with the right Ghost writer on Board. The person that needs to apply needs to have a track record on any of its previous work . This information needs to be made public, as to what can happen to you if you don't do your homework before you take on a project.

I have written a true story called "Dolphins". I need to get this story moved over to Final Draft Pro as I am pitching this as a feature length movie. It is based on the 2002 Bali Terrorist Attack where 202 people were killed. Currently I have an outline and over 10,000 words that I need to get into Final Draft Pro. Final Draft Pro is the indus...try standard for Movie Scripts. I can allow you access to this via DropBox.
This is going to be a fairly large project as there are quite a few facts and details that need to be fine tuned and verified, I will need help with this. In addition there will be some back and forth as certain scenes are simply outlines with no dialogue. While there are other scenes that are completed. My ideal writing partner would be someone who is happy to work about 20 hours a week, so I have time to add the finer details to the project during the rest of the week. I am banking on about a month to six weeks to get this project finished.
Feedback Comments:
“Joe delivered. My script was completed on time, within budget. Unfortunately Joe could not guarantee my script would win an Academy Award, but with his help having a completed script, my chances are better then ever!!” — Client

Started working on a manuscript for a fiction novel. So far have completed 8 chapters and a prologue . At this stage I thought it would be a good place to stop and get some guidance since I am not a creative writer (normally).
Would like:
1) Someone to give me a honest opinion if this project is worth pursuing
2) Help me understand if the chapter and character constructs are engaging and on track for publication. What can I improve on? What am I missing doing?
3) Work with me to polish these chapters so I can see the full potential of the work done thus far. Editing/ proofreading etc.
The prologue + 8 chapters are about 17K words/ 64 pages. The book is a fast paced thriller with a plot as best I can tell, has never been done before. Has the potential to be a great script/ movie as well...at least I think so.
Feedback Comments:
“Simply put, Joe is fantastic. He is an industry veteran that offers great advice and knows how to push you to your potential. Writing a novel is an incredible journey and it is comforting to know that people like Joe exist to help you every step of the way. Whatever your writing requirements are get Joe on your side, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Joe for your honesty and setting me down the correct path to publication. ” — dunipan

i need my story to be written into a novel. this is a story about the desperation to survive in the falling economy of jamaica. the story should be 250 pages 4 acts 9 divided sections or chapters.
i already have my plot theme detaied characters and the role they play in the story. also each setting and scene to the detail from the begining to the ...end. that includes whether the seen is narrated to get to the next scene or slowed down to create full effect. i know what i want to acomplish in every scene leading up to the climax.
what i need is someone gifted in putting words on paper. someone good at getting a topic and capturing the moment scene for scene until the story ends.
i will provide a documentary and movie so you can get a full idea of the type atmosphere that i am creating. and also some articles, a detail of each scene and chapter.
it wouldn't hurt if you already have knowledge or experience of jamaica or any area of poverty in or out of the west indies or united states but more important your style skills and knowledge on writing novels. it would also be a plus if you could give me advise on self publishing promoting and advertising. no need to be an expert but have experience in doing these things. I am flexible on the timeframe for quality work

i already have my plot theme detaied characters and the role they play in the story. also each setting and scene to the detail from the begining to the ...end. that includes whether the seen is narrated to get to the next scene or slowed down to create full effect. i know what i want to acomplish in every scene leading up to the climax.
what i need is someone gifted in putting words on paper. someone good at getting a topic and capturing the moment scene for scene until the story ends.
i will provide a documentary and movie so you can get a full idea of the type atmosphere that i am creating. and also some articles, a detail of each scene and chapter.
it wouldn't hurt if you already have knowledge or experience of jamaica or any area of poverty in or out of the west indies or united states but more important your style skills and knowledge on writing novels. it would also be a plus if you could give me advise on self publishing promoting and advertising. no need to be an expert but have experience in doing these things. I am flexible on the timeframe for quality work

I'm currently searching for a ghost writer to work with on some ideas I have, that I would like turned into novel form. I am a professional sci-fi and fantasy illustrator (Lucasfilm, D&D, Lord of the Rings, Playstation), so I make my living with my imagination, but I have neither the time nor the skill set to properly write my stories in their pro...per long form and to develop the dialogue and other necessary character development. My stories are mostly sci-fi or modern/occult/gothic and are primarily in short synopsis form as 1-10 page treatments of general story arc. I am actively looking for the proper writer to work this on these types of projects, but would like a price range to write a novel, or a compendium of short stories. I am interested in writers with solid skills, proven track record, and preferably industry connections that may help with publication.
Feedback Comments:
“joe is a top notch writer, he is professional, timely, responsive and exceeded my expectations with working with the material he was given, and taking it to the next level. I will definetly work with joe again in the future.” — studioscarab

BOOK CRITIQUE
Client:
robertbeatty
Jan 8, 2008
Job Details
I have completed a 104,000 word narrative nonfiction story. This is a true story that combines the primary elements of a medical mystery and a character-overcomes-adversity inspirational story. It also includes elements of science, memoir, self-made men in America, and today's changing manufacturing/business world. That sounds like a lot, and it is..., but mostly it's a story about a tragedy that befalls a particular man and his family.
I am primarily looking for an overall analysis/critique on the manuscript and how to make it better. More specifically, here are some guidelines for what I need:
--I need an overall critique/analysis.
--I need analysis of the book's story line, structure, and pacing. I am particularly interested to know if certain chapters become boring or disrupt the story flow, or places where the story seems rushed and incomplete. In some cases I've tried to keep the pace moving pretty quickly. In other cases, I've taken a break to discuss the past or to touch on an area of science.
--I need some comments on the overall writing style, the use of POV, the diction, the level of personal-ness versus cold-objectivity, etc. Is the overall writing style working for the book?
--Because I am personally the narrator of the story as well as one of the main characters in the story, I need to be particularly careful about how I present myself. I definitely do not want to come across as arrogant or conceited. I want to come across as a heavily-involved observer who is concerned about the people around him and telling a story to the reader.
--Because there are many diverse elements in this story, I need to make sure that I have attained the write balance. It's a subjective decision, of course, as certain people will be more interested in certain elements, but I want to try to find the right balance of the elements I've listed above.
--Because I focused very hard to finish the manuscript, I'm having trouble evaluating the quality and effect of the ending (the last five or ten chapters). Have I provided the reader with a satisfactory conclusion? Does the ending have the right feeling of accomplishment and overcoming adversity?
Feedback Comments:
“Joe did a great job providing a critique of my book-length true story manuscript. He provided an overall assessment, a list of things to do to improve the story, and good practical tips on bringing it to the next level. I appreciated his advice, enjoyed working with him, and will do so again.” — robertbeatty

I need a writer to help me write a book about my life story which is filled with tragedies, hope and dreams come true. I started learning English six years ago and have very little experience writing in English.
I am always invited to speak about my life experiences in schools, churches, community gatherings and many other places. I have had some... articles publish in local news papers as well as nation news papers and websites. People have always been asking me if I have written any book about my life but I have been very reluctant for many years because of the lack funds to finance this project. Even thought I still don't have the $30,000 or $50,000 budget right now I believe that a book about my life story would generate significant revenue. I want to work with someone who have commitment and passion for writing.
Thank you for reading.
Feedback Comments:
“I only had a 5 page bibliography and in less then three months he turned it into an amazing work that was above and beyond my expectations. No only did he followed directions but he also spent enormous extra time researching and gathering additional data about my subject matter. It was great joy working with him. I will always recommend him to my friends and for my future needs of a professional writer.” — amourchan

I have been in the process of writing a memoir based on my experiences with a cult called the Family of Love, also known as The Family. This book includes sexual seduction by the group, prostituting in the name of Jesus, child molestation, how I became a member, and how I left. My recovery process is critical for those who have been in a cult. R...ecently this group made headlines when the leader's son committed murder of one of his sexual abusers and suicide.
The subject is highly controversial and I need someone who is not afraid of the subject matter.
I need someone to help me polish my work and complete this book as quickly as possible while the media attention is hot. I'm looking with someone with publishing skills as well. My budget is limited.

My children are young (3 and 5 years)and I want them to know (when they are older)my story and the persecution I suffered at the hands of their father as I... tried to keep our family intact.
I would record a tape reliving the events summarizing my four year marriage and I would include letters and photos.
I would like this project to begin immediately and I would expect it to take 20 weeks if worked on full time.
Feedback Comments:
“My overall experience with Joe throughout the completion of my project (from start to finish) far exceeded my expectations. I cannot put into words the depth of gratitude and satisfaction I''d wish to express to summarize my experience with him.” — deidre2002

Hitting my mid life crisis I realized I had all the typical experiences of a boomer laced with the flavor of organized crime, my grandfather was in the mob. That led me to write a novel. On some occasions it has been mentioned that it would make a better screenplay.
I run a construction business fulltime, and have three daughters. I am not sure that I have the time to learn about writing screenplays and then produce a screenplay worthy of my experiences and my family.
As such I am looking for someone to join my team. Someone who can read my novel, see the screenplay hidden within it, extract it from the story, get it on paper and to the industry for consideration.
I am passionate about this project, as you might imagine. If the winning bidder has not only talent but the experience and connections for a successful sale of the screenplay I would be prepared to pay a commission for that work also.
Imagine being a paperboy delivering the local paper full of stories pinning murders on your grandfathers friends. Chums talking about the headlines, while you must tow the line that the paper was full of lies. Imagine your two years old in a high chair hearing that gorillas were in town to collect money, all the time the Dick Van Dyke show is running and your identifying with little Richie. Laced in the novel is one families history with organized crime surrounding it.
Feedback Comments:
“My project is based on the story of my family. When dealing with something so personal, only a true professional can handle the novice that comes forward with a project. I found that professional with this provider. When exploring the limits of my ability to tell my story this provider would find ways to get the story out of me. When my strong feelings about the story would make me demanding this provider would exhibit the height of professionalism with patience and understanding. If you are a novice in need of help, or an experienced writer in need of a fresh take I am sure you will find that this provider will meet your needs.” — MISCORP

I want 3 chapters of ghost writing AND a book proposal that will grab attention. I want this done right, therefore I only want bidders who have experience getting book proposals converted into contracts. The more contacts you have the better.
You will receive a rough, basic outline of the story and the rest is up to the writer. After receiving interest from a publisher I will negotiate ghost writing of the rest of the novel.
Feedback Comments:
“Joe is a great guy, very fast and professional. He deserves all the business he gets. Without a doubt I would recommend him, in fact I would give him 10-stars. Keith” — ArcStudio

I need a "guide" written up that explains blackjack in very in-depth detail. A .doc format would be fine, but I need something rather lengthy, even as high as 50 pages, with the overall explanation of the game, rules, strategies, etc...
This has to be original content, and I need proof of this as well, along with all rights to the product signed over..
I will probably make some modifications to the file as well...
Thanks in advance
Feedback Comments:
“Joe Vetromile could not have been more helpful. The entire time, he worked hard to make sure I was happy, and completed the project very much ahead of schedule. His work is very professional and he''s an absolute delight to work with. I would use him 100 more times and would recommend him to others. He''s an absolute A+++, you'd be hard pressed to find other people who work as hard to completion as he does.” — Client
